Getting water into our loved ones can be an ongoing challenge. Most people living with Alzheimer’s retain their love of sweet flavors. This recipe is easy to make and tackles the challenge of getting enough water in them like a champ!
If you don’t have popsicle molds you may want to order some because you’re going to want to make these frequently.
The recipe is super simple.
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 cup of non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS of sugar (optional) *
* Watch the video for a little bit of extra I did with my sugar.
Stir everything together & pour into molds or paper cups. Add the stick and freeze.
