A Podcast That Listens, Hears and Offers Wisdom & Hope From Caregivers Who Have Lived The Experience.

What Is PicnicHealth & Why Do I Need It?

What Is PicnicHealth & Why Do I Need It?

We all likely have a story about how our medical records are incomplete, not regularly reviewed by our doctor, or something else. It's beyond frustrating that in addition to managing ourselves, we also have to manage and advocate for the proper medical care. PicnicHealth takes care of our medical documents in a way that works for our doctors and us.

In this bonus episode, I talk to Brittany Drier about PicnicHealth and how they were created to help caregivers and patients.

When CEO and co-founder Noga Leviner was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease, she assumed her doctors would keep a complete, updated file of her medical records and keep each other up to date on her condition. Nope. Instead of focusing on her health, Noga had to fill out request forms, wait in lines, and make dozens of calls to get her records finally.

In January 2014, Noga co-founded PicnicHealth to fix this broken system and help patients take complete ownership of their health.

Additionally, PicnicHealth members can opt-in to have their records annoyomouized and sent to researchers, giving them access to data they would unlikely have otherwise.
